Anyone of South Asian origin—whether you're based in North America, the UK, the Middle East, Australia, or anywhere else in the world—is welcome here. Our services are particularly valuable if you're looking to manage or prevent the lifestyle-related health conditions that disproportionately affect our community.

We also provide tailored nutrition guidance for school-age children and families navigating early obesity, prediabetes, or elevated family-risk profiles. Additionally, we run a dedicated community programme in Kolkata supporting the health of underprivileged children.

We are built exclusively around the South Asian experience. Our team understands, at a deeply personal and clinical level, how genetics, traditional food cultures, family expectations, and daily lifestyle habits interact to shape your health. We don't ask you to abandon your heritage; we work within it. Every plan we design is realistic, culturally respectful, and built to last.

Our team primarily works in English, and we also offer consultations in Urdu, Bengali, Hindi, and other South Asian languages, subject to availability. Please let us know your preferred language when you book our consultation. We'll do our best to match you with the right specialist.

It begins by booking a free consultation with us. We'll take the time to understand your goals and guide you toward the programme that's right for you. No obligation or pressure to sign up, simply a conversation to explore how we can support you.

Not at all. You can book a consultation directly with us, no referral required. That said, we welcome collaboration with your primary care physician or specialist, and are happy to coordinate care wherever it benefits you.

Far from it. Many of our clients come to us long before a diagnosis: for prevention, family-history risk reduction, weight management, or post-COVID health recovery. Our philosophy is proactive: we'd rather help you stay well than manage illness after it begins.

Yes. SA Wellness is entirely online. Our virtual consultations and follow-ups are designed to work seamlessly wherever you are in the world; all you need is a connection and the willingness to take that first step.

Coverage varies by country and insurance provider. Nutrition consultations are reimbursable in several regions, and we're happy to provide detailed invoices and supporting documentation to assist with your claim where applicable. Reach out if you have questions about your specific situation.

At SA Wellness, every programme involves dedicated planning, expert consultation time, and personalised care, which is why we are unable to offer refunds once a programme has commenced.

We do, however, recognise that life can be unpredictable. On a case-by-case basis, we may offer the following:

  • Programme Pause — You may pause your programme for up to one month and resume at your convenience.
  • Partial Credit — If fewer than 25% of your sessions have been used, you may be eligible for a credit toward a future SA Wellness programme.

Please note that sessions cannot be transferred to another individual. To discuss your situation, please contact us at info@sawellnessglobal.com within 14 days of your last consultation.

We're always here to listen. If something isn't working, please talk to us first.
